It is the customer’s responsibility to all import and custom charges for receipt of delivery of any orders to a destination country.

We do not store personal or financial information in the processes of payment, nor did we share this information with 3rd parties

Discount/Coupon Code Disclaimer:

Discount/coupon codes must be applied at the checkout. If the code is not entered we cannot honour said discount in retrospect of an order being placed. It is the responsbility of the person purchasing the goods to ensure that any code is entered into the relevant field ahead of completing the transaction.

Only one discount/coupon code may be used per transaction.

Personalisation of clothing

Please note if you add a name and or number to your order for any item this will add approximately 4-5 working days to your order.

Teamwear Terms & Conditions:

Any discrepencies in goods received must be reported to our customer services within 7 days of receipt of the items.

All product images and logos are for illustrative purposes only and not always indicative of the final product.

No offers can be used in conjunction with another. If required we will ask for additional payment to make up any website error.

No teamwear items can be cancelled after purchase. This includes any item personalised with a club badge, including personalised helmets.

We reserve the right to substitute similar garments to the garment ordered if the original garment is out of stock. Images on any presentation or website are for illustrative purposes only and actual garment may differ from the visual.

We allow up to a 1 inch discrepancy in all garments from the sizing charts provided.

Please allow a tolerance of one inch within garment dimensions. This includes shoulder widths, sleeve lengths and body length.

Bonsai Cricket reserve the right at any time to add or withdraw any products.

Between the months of March and May teamwear orders can be subject to up to 25 working day lead times due to production being at its peak.

International orders / Difference in price

When purchasing from overseas there may be occasions where an item(s) price is displayed differently at the checkout. Please note the final amount displayed at the checkout is the correct price for each item.

Acceptance of Order

Our contract with the customer is accepted upon dispatch of the goods from our premises and not at the point of sale on our website. This is to allow for items being out of stock or payment/website errors.

Goods damaged / lost in transit

Should you receive an item that is damaged in transit or that you believe is lost then you must make us aware immediately via phone (+31631995822) or email to info@bonsaicricket.nl Failure to do so may invalidate any claim for said item(s).

Delivery Policy

We aim to have all teamwear orders dispatched within 10-14 working days.

If certain items are not in stock with Bonsai Cricket you will be notified in your confirmation email and advised whether to expect a delay or not.

Orders during busier periods can result in teamwear orders can take up to 25 working days due to high levels of demand.

Adding anti-scuff and edging tape to a cricket bat will increase the weight from the advertised weight.

 

Alternative / substitute items

Where it is discovered that a product you originally ordered is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute said item to an equivalent offered from a different manufacturer.  We will always aim to contact you in the first instance to advice of the situation but this cannot be guaranteed prior to your order being dispatched.

Customs Duties are the buyer’s responsibility and Bonsai Cricket are not liable for these or any costs associated with the return of any goods internationally including delivery, refunded payment costs, re-stocking costs or anything else. There may also be a re-stocking fee for items that are held in Customs for a period of more than 14 days.
