After finalizing your choice of items you can check out using one of the many payment methods we offer through the website. After placing your order you will receive updates and a track and trace link.
With your track and trace code you can follow your order in real time and see where your package is at. Normally in stock items are shipped the same day. If the products are not in stock we will contact you to acquire more details (if for example you ordered a customized pad/glove) and will give you a delivery time indication.
Whenever we ship out a delivery we make sure the customer(you) get a tracking number on which you can follow your shipment. Depend on your place of residence your shipment will reach you in 1 till 30 working days.
We are located and ship from Netherlands (unless other indicated or special requests). This is the reason residents from The Netherlands and Belgium experience quicker delivery times than other (European) countries.

Upon receiving your message we will work towards a solution together to tack the dissatisfaction or any other type of request. Did you change your mind and you want to return the goods without using them? This is possible. We have a 14 days refund policy upon receiving the goods. The goods are received when the track and trace number says it to be delivered.
If you return your the goods without using them in the same packaging and original condition then we will refund your order upon receival of the goods. The shipping costs are for the account of the buyer.
