When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Whenever we ship out a delivery we make sure the customers (you) get a tracking number on which they can follow their shipment. Depending on your place of residence your shipment will reach you on average 1 till 3 working days.

We are located in Arnhem and ship from The Netherlands. This is the reason residents from The Netherlands and Belgium experience quicker delivery times than other (European) countries.

Below we have summed up an indication of the delivery time per country.

EUROPE

The Netherlands: 1-2 working days

Belgium: 1-2 working days

Other European countries: 2-4 working days

REST OF THE WORLD

USA/Canada: 10-14 working days

South Africa: 10-14 working days

Australia: 10-20 working days

New Zealand: 10-20 working days

Other countries: 10-25 working days

How does the return policy work?

If you are not satisfied with your goods or you have changed your mind (and not used the gear) then you can always contact our customer service: Whatsapp on +31631995822 or per e-mail on bonsaicricket@gmail.com

Upon receiving your message we will work towards a solution together to tackle the dissatisfaction or any other type of request. Did you change your mind and you want to return the goods without using them? This is possible. We have a 14 days refund policy upon receiving the goods. The goods are received when the track and trace number says it to be delivered. 

If you return your the goods without using them in the same packaging and original condition then we will refund your order upon receival of the goods. The shipping costs are for the account of the buyer.

For returns we ask you to consider the following:

After receiving the goods and approved the condition and packaging we will refund the order amount excluding shipping within 5 working days to the bank account you have done the payment through. For any clarification you can always contact our customer service.

Can I visit your store physically?

Yes, our showroom is available for visit on appointment and is located in Arnhem, The Netherlands. You can send a message on whatsapp to make an appointment +31631995822.

We have irregular opening hours but visits are possible in evenings after 18:00 or in the afternoon on weekends.

Where do I view my order details?

In case an account is created login and open orders view in my account.

In case no account was created.  You will have received an order confirmation upon ordering.  Is this email lost or not received then please contact our support at info@bonsaicricket.com and we will help you from there.

Do you offer guarantee on the products?

All our products have a factory warranty. So any clear production errors will entitle you for the warranty policy. For cricket bats we have a specific conditions and time warranty. The warranty is specified in the product description of the products.
